If you make a verbal agreement with a broker named Karina Turcios, make shure that you record her and put it in writing . I just had the most negative experience selling my house. She understood that , that did not wanted tu run withe closing cost in the selling of my property. I thing in her unethical mind that , because it was not in writing , she went ahead and did it. very unprofessional people do not help the clients at all there is a lot of miss communication. I do not recommend this at all.
