So I work at a luxury car service dept and we use worldpac quite often. Usually our Saturday delivery person is Janee, and I just want to say she is so friendly and personable and just lovely in general every time she walks in here. She's an absolute ray of sunshine, and definitely an excellent representative for your company. Everyone who shows up is great, but I just wanted to make sure you know that Janee, is next-level.
These people are worthless. Drivers never show up on time. Pull the wrong parts, drivers are always high. Just the worst parts delivery company I have ever used. Today is the last time. They can't even find their driver. He is lost with our parts and decided to just quit or something. It happens every week.
Have lots of stock but delivery schedule and return policy is bad
