This business is awesome! They do all things broken eye glasses, and they do it well & quickly. I sent them my Rx sunglasses with a broken frame last week. One week from receipt I have my sunglasses back with the lenses reshaped to fit the new frame I chose. I appreciate their quality service, quick turnaround, and fair price. I’m rough on glasses and I am glad to have found this repair resource. The World Optic magnetic card received with my order today is already up on my fridge!
We brought my at least 10 year old glasses in for a repair because the nosepads were worn and the right lense was loose. After about a ten minute wait, they were brought back to me and after a quick fitting, we were told they were no charge. We asked a few quick questions about the other services they offered and were happily told about them. I’m quite impressed with this little shop and the care they took for a potential new customer.
Great experience. My local repair shop failed miserably so I mailed my glasses to World Optic and they came back as good as new at a great price. Slam dunk. A+++ Recommended
I recently had a fantastic experience at World Optic. The temple of my expensive Japanese frames had broken off, and I was worried about finding a place that could fix them properly. World Optic came through brilliantly. They offered a fair price for the repair and completed it within 24 hours, which was incredibly convenient. They also have a 1 year warranty on repairs. Nine months ago my favorite ( metal frame) glasses broke at one side of the nose bridge. I was sure they were “toast” - unfixable and irreplaceable as I’d purchased them many years ago and worn them constantly. Consulting Dr. Google I located World Optics. In brief, the experience was amazingly simple, efficient, effective and very reasonable. The glasses came apart just yesterday after several months of regular use.
