They are great at sales. But when it comes to everything after don’t expect anything. We have had zero communication. The hot tub we purchased has had issues since day one. Now they don’t answer my phone calls or messages. Wish we could return it DO NOT RECOMMEND.
My husband and daughter stopped by World of Spas in Saskatoon to have a look, with absolutely no intention of purchasing anything. BEWARE! The constant insistence that we got what we paid for wore me out over a few weeks and I caved. So sorry I did. Worst spa experience in 30 years of having hot tubs. I don't even want to get in it anymore. They should have taken it and refunded us. Bought a Maui PZ-620B at the fall 2025 Prairieland show. Other than the model #, the tub we got it not what we were shown at the show and did not have the features written in the sales contract.
