Xmas gift of cross with stones in it. Very pretty and staff was nice but quality is lacking. Not even 2 months later and stones were falling out. I look at my receipt and it says no refunds at all and exchanges only within 2 weeks. Clearly they know their products are lacking. I should have known as the store was empty when I went in at peak shopping time.
Love this store! Beautiful pieces at great prices.. My husband just gave me this ring.. I absolutely 💯 ♥️.. and they also sized 1 gold chain bracelet for me and 1 gold n diamond too for a very fair price!!
