I should have paid closer attention to the reviews prior to bringing my ring in for repair. I took my ring to them for “oxidation repair”. In a word…HORRIBLE! IRREPARABLE! The thin-skinned gentleman insisted that I “insulted him and his jeweler” simply by sharing my displeasure with the work. And even made a comment to the lady working with him about me as I was walking out. Sir…CLOSE! You are doing a disserve!
Management and staff were knowledgeable. Superb service and very transparent
