Extremely pleased with the service team at World of Hot Tubs in Guelph. They addressed our concern quickly and efficiently. Due to the severity of the issue , they replaced our unit under warranty without concern. Our new Bullfrog A series hot tub has an upgraded control interface. Special mention to Tom (service manager) who treated us very well. Tom is very knowledgeable and has excellent people skills. I highly recommend World of Hot Tubs in Guelph to anyone looking for a new hot tub.
Called 1 day, Simon and Tom came out the next day and replaced a 2 yr old Jacuzzi heater element…quick, easy and awesome service/price. Couldn’t be happier and will use them again and again(Kirby too!!)
Called world of hot tubs when I was having an issue. The people who sold me the hot tubs couldn’t come and look at it for 10 days. World of hot tubs came out the same day within three hours to diagnose my problem
The team was professional and accommodating throughout the entire purchase. We’re very happy with the end product.
