Excellent experience. Answered all my questions and solved my issue. Had the parts in Stock. Well priced
BEWARE - will give you great customer service until AFTER YOUR PURCHASE - went through them for a repair to my tub - spent $850, and even drove to the store to pick up parts they didn't have on the date/time they came, and now the tub is MORE BROKEN than prior to visit. Called twice to try and schedule follow up - given the run around both times, "manager" incredibly unsympathetic and rude, told they couldn't come back for another MONTH. Would NEVER use this business again after the way the "manager" addressed this issue.
I called World of Hot Tubs as I required a hot tub repair to an existing tub in my yard. I spoke with Simon, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He spent approximately 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot my issue. Simon truly went above and beyond assisting me. In this day and age, where everything is so costly, Simon just came across as a really great guy just trying to help out a tub owner in need. This place is the best spot in town for all your Hot Tub needs! Kirby was so helpful when I stopped by to inquire about a new hot tub cover. I decided to order a new cover and lifter and got it in 7 weeks! Getting these things made takes a little bit of time as they are custom to your hot tub. Got it installed in no time and now Im enjoying a beautiful high quality cover made right here in Canada!
