Always bad experience. No even one star. Take for ever to answer questions. They do not provide solutions; very hard to understand. May it extremely hard to comunicate.

I hate to give bad reviews but this has to be one of the worst property management companies still in business. Jorge Miranda has no compassion for anyone. You are dealing with people, the minimal expectations is that Jorge would have some sort of skills in speaking with people. Unfortunately, he is never available unless he wants information on things that are none of his business!!!! This administration is the worst one I have experienced thus far. Jorge Miranda does not return phone calls and if he does his solvency approach is to ask you to write a letter to the board of directors because he has no solution. The security guard takes pictures of residence cars and calls ACM towing so you can be charge $125.00 instead of knocking on the door or reporting it to the management company.
