Store Revamped at New Location I have been a follower of World of Decor for several years. From their original location in Downey, through the Anaheim issues, and now they have relocated and brought in new management for their new Irvine location. I must say, after visiting, I believe the issues that plagued the Anaheim location are gone. very bad experience the auction sucks! they selling damaged home furnishings and miss parts items to customers. during the auction, I believed some fake bidders r in and rise the bidding price.I brought some outdoor furnishings from the auction, they told me all brand new but after they delivery to me, the table is damaged and I believed its used one.I will never go to the auction, everything there are expensive after they put fake bidders in the auction and rise price to the exciting customer!!!!!

Friendly Family Business I have never been to a store that has so much to offer. it is hard to believe that anyone could have a problem with such a nice family owned business. The last auction I attended, i personally meet the owner George who took time out of his schedule to show me around the facility. BEST FURNISHING SALE EVER i just came back from one of their events . I have never seen better furnishings in my life and the prices......... oh my god everyone was so happy . Having fun and getting great buys and the even refused to let a few customers pay over retail ............ Agree with Janice People don't want to take responsibility for their actions even if it was a misunderstanding it amazes me as to how often people don't want to admit they made a stupid mistake and not pay for it.
RESPONSE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW If I may kindly inform you that you are mistaken regarding this purchase. These nice people purchased this item at AUCTION. It was a set of Four Seasons. The Auctioneer announced that the bid was for 1x4 the money meaning they were bidding on one but had to take all four for the winning bid price. THe entire event was recorded on video and the customers watched the video after they inquired as to why they had to purchase all four. Buying from World Of Decor BEWARE! Total rip off. My dear, elderly friends, went there to buy a statue for their entry way. They bid on, and won ONE statue for almost $3,000.00. When they went to pay for it, they were informed they had bid on FOUR statues. These poor people had to spend $9,000.00 to get our the door. Now they are stuck with these stupid statues. And their savings account is almost gone~ Shame on you guys! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
