Got my nails done 3 days ago, and I noticed the polish on both of my index fingers started peeling the very next day. I went back to have them fixed by the salon manager. Now, two days later (today), my middle fingers are starting to look like this. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. It’s my first time today someone said I need to be charged $7 extra for removing my dry skin/cuticles for my gel manicure. Isn’t it part of the process? I will never get my nails done by Cindy. I am so surprised she was not gonna remove my dry skin until I speak up about it.
First of all, this nail salon needs to update their prices. Online shows a totally different prices. The person who helped my mom for her regular pedicure and manicure whose name Nancy did a poorly job. First of all, she burned my mom leg when she got a hot towel for supposedly massage my mom legs. The towel was burning hot she just threw it on her right leg she didn’t even check it first to see how hot it was. Secondly, she did really bad on her manicure. Customer service was good, Pedicure gel nail polish lasted well over 3 weeks, beautiful colors and clean spot.
i always come here for a acrylic manicure, they always do such a good job! Diana did this one for me❤️
