My mother took me here. Hated it. Water was boiling hot and they barely lowered it. Very hot towels, Nail polish very hard to remove because I don’t like it. Do not recommend unless you like super hot temperatures and bad nails.
I normally go to Nina, but she was off the day of my appointment. I ended up getting my nails done by Peter, the manager. I showed him a picture of the French tip nails I wanted, and he recreated them perfectly. I absolutely love my nails! Thank you, Peter, for taking the time to make sure they came out exactly how I wanted them.
Look at the amazing job Diane did at World Nails in Otay Ranch! I love everyone there, they all do amazing work! Definitely recommend 10/10 for quality and price!
Got my nails done 3 days ago, and I noticed the polish on both of my index fingers started peeling the very next day. I went back to have them fixed by the salon manager. Now, two days later (today), my middle fingers are starting to look like this. I’ve been paying close attention to my nails because during my last appointment, the polish was applied in very thick layers and started peeling as well. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. It’s my first time today someone said I need to be charged $7 extra for removing my dry skin/cuticles for my gel manicure. Isn’t it part of the process? I will never get my nails done by Cindy. I am so surprised she was not gonna remove my dry skin until I speak up about it.
