I have been to this nail salon 5 times only because it is close by but today was the last. It does not matter if you make an appointment because they put walk-ins ahead of you. When asked why, I was told, “you should make appointment”…. WHAT?! I had appointments !! Today, I waited 45 minutes while 3 walk-ins went ahead of me….. DONE !!!! Women at front desk are truly rude, too. Horrible customer service and mediocre abilities . Also, each time I had the same services done, the prices were different

Rude - I went with my daughter to help with my granddaughter so that my daughter could get a pedicure and full set. We were the only ones in the place so I was going to sit beside my daughter to help keep my granddaughter happy. We were rudely told that we must sit at the front because they “might” fill up. Okay, seriously we are the only ones in the building besides employees. But…supposedly they sanitize the chairs. Yes I know they sanitize the water part, but the chair…umm no! This place is the worst ,I was there almost 2hrs ,than 4 people canin later and they were placed ahead of me all 4 mind you the worker didn't say anything to me.So I went to me car and will not go back.All I needed was a color change.Maybe I wasn't spending enough money Lol
