Great customer service!!! Purchased chairs at this location.
Prices were much higher than when we went in mid-June.
Didn't get greeted when we walked in and this stuff is way over-priced.
The manager flat-out told me, “there’s no 60 percent off section,” even though I was standing near a display labeled “60% OFF – Outdoor Décor & Tabletop” (photo attached). When I tried to explain, I was met with doubt and condescension. I finally walked to the back of the store myself to take a picture of the sign. When I returned with the proof, the manager brushed it off and said, “Oh, you didn’t need to walk back there—I was gonna give it to you anyways.” No apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake.
