I was a customer of E&K for years and was always well cared for. Once they were acquired by World, it was a different game. Every call is handed off to someone else who is too busy. No one gets back for weeks and apologizes for “being tied up in meetings.” I do not care about your World insurance meetings, I need an insurance quote today. It is not complicated. Never again will I deal with this company!
Brook Brown was so wonderful to work with! She made the process so very easy for me from start to finish! She was professional, efficient, easy to communicate with, polite and a true joy to work with! I will definitely be using World Insurance Associates again!
Terrible customer service. I have a policy with them and After the new management this company went downhill. Is impossible to speak with a person. And when you do, they conect you to an extension that no one picks up. Tried to call the receptionist rught away again, and she also decided not to pick up my phone call . I FEEL Im begging for service. Stay away, I will be switching insurance broker any time soon.

Michell at E & K Group was very impressive … she gets my personal “AM Best” rating of A+. I first contacted Teresa at E & K, who asked that I complete a homeowners questionnaire.
