No answers and when they mess up the say this person no longer works for us , and after a week or tho she is back :D
Zero stars. 3 years of suffering with them, and I will never forget that and I will make sure everybody knows about WORLD INSURANCE ASSOCIATES. They are horrible, DO NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THIS COMPANY.
Worst service ever ! They are not answering phone calls or emails, it is impossible to get hold of someone . I would give 0 star if I could
Lorena and Nina, waste time. Coi holder taken more then 40mins. They sent invoice same day, they put notice on my rmis account same day, I payed invoice They didn't remove notice 3 days. And we still didn't book load. I'm no recommend this company. Waste time and waste money.
