My brother and I have made several attempts to contact this company to understand why their rates are increasing despite having no claims. No one ever answered our calls. This is a disappointing reflection of the customer service they provide.
I was an original customer to Flanagan Associates before they were bought out by World Insurance. Their prices are always unbeatable but since the buyout, their customer service has gone sharply downhill. The mom & pop feel is gone. Countless times, I've had questions on policies and am told the people that took over my account no longer work there and get transferred to someone else.
