Here we go again 10 months later I have paid for for home policy and deposits for my car policy and I have never received anything about my vehicle policy.... last time the agent lost or said the post office lost the mailed in charge for both properties...i have to follow up at once a week for updates... Maybe I'm working with the wrong agent and agency. I've never been more disgusted with an agent or agency in my 70 years of business. Spoke with the manager and was just fed bullshit excuses
This is the worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. Never a call back and they lose checks getting your insurance cancelled and management could care less
