Zero stars. 3 years of suffering with them, and I will never forget that and I will make sure everybody knows about WORLD INSURANCE ASSOCIATES. They are horrible, DO NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THIS COMPANY.
Worst service ever ! They are not answering phone calls or emails, it is impossible to get hold of someone . I would give 0 star if I could
Lorena and Nina, waste time. Coi holder taken more then 40mins. They sent invoice same day, they put notice on my rmis account same day, I payed invoice They didn't remove notice 3 days. And we still didn't book load. I'm no recommend this company. Waste time and waste money.
Been with them few mounts, very uncooperative, nor replaying emails, it takes hours for coi i do not recommend them at all not answering phone calls either.
Cannot get anyone to answer the phone to save a life. took 30 hours to get a cert holder COI. Even carriers they insure warn us they are impossible to get ahold of
