I went there to purchase eyeglasses and first off the lady made a false statement about my insurance not paying it I'd already set up our agreement to purchase my eyeglasses but I already had found out that she didn't bill the insurance correctly so I lost out on getting an upgrade in my glasses because of her. I got shotty glasses and I purchase the insurance on the frames when I called because the screw had came out and I lost my lens she did not inform me that there would be a charge to get the lens replaced she said I ha... read more

Sonia, your insurance was filed correctly. Medicare was not the insurance plan used for your glasses because Medicare only pays on the first pair of glasses following cataract surgery and this was not the case with you. An alternative plan was utilized. Your alternative insurance plan did not cover progressive lenses at no charge, so you were given the opportunity to upgrade for a minimal fee. Dr.Nesty is amazing if it wasn't for him my husband would be blind right now
My kids were scheduled two days this week. My husband got sick and they ended up being a no show for the first appointment. Understandably, according to their policy, will not see them anymore. The woman up front was very rude about telling me that. Bad customer service on her part! I wasn’t arguing the policy and I know we were in the wrong for the no-show.
