Poor I have ordered from them twice, both times they sent me a part that was different than advertised on their website and I had to return it. Customer service is prompt and polite but incompetent and unfamiliar with their own merchandise. I had to explain the discrepancy between the part advertised on the website and the one I received as if he was a two year old and e-mail him pictures. He still didn't seem to understand but let me return the part. He sent me another one which he thought to be correct, it was wrong again.... read more
