If you are working with Derek Pigulski, then request a new agent. He acts as if he has tons of experience, but his idea of a good deal is ‘as is’ contracts that offer over listing price & covering your own closing costs, while personally recommending homes he knows you can’t afford and an MLS that is a day-late -reflection of Zillow’s. I recently moved to the area and due to the volatility of the market, I was very stressed selling my house in NC so quickly and having to find a new house fast. This review is a little late, but I wanted to give a BIG shout out to Liz Spencer and Marilyn McJunkins for their stellar customer service and professionalism !
