Went with Derek Pigulski… bought a home when I was deployed with many things wrong with it that wasn’t disclosed. Bought a townhome ‘as is’ for 250k under Pigulski’s guidance. 2 others were sold for less shortly after and this year 2 more are being sold for 220k. Never apologized, or tried to explain his reasoning. He likes to prey on military, so watch out! A lot of my wingmen said they’ve had similar experiences.
