Terrible service. Poor machinery quality is abysmal. Expensive membership just go to any EOS in the valley instead. The workers there are god awful and can’t do simple tasks like Jason specifically. The Slow Vinyasa class is great.
The place is spacious, welcoming, and has everything you need. Its more of a old school bro gym with lots of equipment and machines. It has a large cardio area and a small functional fitness area. The aerobics classes were packed and looked well run. They must be good! We hit the stepmills, and arch style trainers. Then enjoyed all free weight hammer strength machines, hack squat, seated squat, all the leg machines, and chest machines. We went 2 days in a row. 25 drop in but worth it.
