My husband and I joined in January of this year and we have felt well cared for throughout our time at Purfit! We have both been working with trainers. It’s unfortunate that the front desk manager has zero customer service skills. As evidenced by his surly demeanor. I’m moving into the area and wanted to test drive a few gyms to see which one would be the best fit. This is not the one I’ll choose. I have been a member of Pure Fit for five years. This is absolutely, positively the best gym in town. The staff including Robert, Omar, Brenda, Phil, Peter, Jacob and everyone else is professional, courteous, and friendly. The equipment is top-notch and well maintained. The gym itself is a spacious and well laid out. The members are friendly. The hours very good. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone contemplating a new membership.
