I go everyday after work religiously. I work at Andrews AFB and could work out there or any other gym in the the Woodbridge area. I chose this one because the staff is nice, equipment and gym is always clean, and they've got everything you need and a bit more. I recommend this gym to any and everybody who wants to workout in a great environment. �
I enjoy coming here. Wish they had a couple of bootcamp classes in the evenings or on weekends. Changed to 5 star as you've added a lot of HITT classes!
I thoroughly enjoy working out at this gym especially since I have access to the new HIIT program. I have definitely seen progress even though my eating habits have not been that great. Some of the shirts I just purchased not even a month ago fit snug around my chest and arms. I enjoy the instructions and workouts of the instructors. They correct me when I am not in the right form. All in all I am completely satisfied. I will continue working out here for as long as I livd in this area.
Great place to workout surrounded by good people and great staff/trainers as well. Moe one of the trainers definitely has great workout/diet tips for anyone interested in learning, he also has some intense classes which at the same time are fun to do.
I exercised because I enjoyed cardio and lifting weights.
Their HIIT and personal training is worth every cent . I went from barely being able to squat 40 lbs to now squatting 140 and I continue to learn and get stronger . Mo is my trainer there and he is awesome ! Very informative and he's pushes me to my limits even though sometimes I want to give up! Thanks so much to Mo and the whole world gym family . I'm moving out of state and will truly miss them � join now ! You won't regret it !!!! Their prices also can't be beat ! Seriously
Well- I had a great experience and then canceled because I wasn't using it. Paid my past due balance and everything. Today I open my mail and have a notice from a bill collector for past due. Canceled years ago, settled the account. Didn't hear a word from them about this. No notice, no calls, nothing. Just a bill for $159 dollars and 32 of interest.
