Went up to the gym today and it was closed! All the equipment was gone, and yellow tape was on the door. I received no notification as to its closure, does anyone know what's going on?

I've been using this gym since 1999, when it first opened. It had undergone many changes, but it has always been the "neighborhood" gym with familiar faces. It's not upscale, nor is it run-down. Currently, it's a little cramped because they put WAY too many machines onto the floor (not sure why that is). For my monthly price, it's a good deal. I'm a full-time college student and I have to say this gym is perhaps the worst gym ever. They ran me into debt twice. I'm wasn't working at the time and I had a 2 dollar balance in my account. So, I froze my account, and I was going to re-activate it when I can then afford it. They still went in my account and charged me decline fees, and monthly fees which totaled -$80 dollars in my account, which then rose to -$155. This is the second time they ran me into debt. I really enjoy going this gym. The people are nice and easy to talk to. There is plenty of gym equipment to use so you don't have to worry about waiting to get on a treadmill. They were once 24 hours, now they close at midnight. The best part is the cost, they are way cheaper than other gyms. Some may think that the staff is rude because they don't smile from ear to ear. I could care less about all that, besides, the sign-in is very impersonal (all you do is swipe your card).
