This has been my go to gym for the last 12 years. I have seen the improvements made over the years and the consistency to provide a clean place to workout. The staff are always friendly and are usually working wether it's cleaning or helping members out. They are always happy to see me and are and genuinely good staff. Thank you for making this space a fun one to workout at. I have considered looking at other gyms due to non 24 hours or being downtown. Could be a nice gym but they need to reset their priorities. First of all Elm Center is a joke, it's the only mall I've ever been to with paid parking. The gym will reset your ticket but who wants to carry around a piece of paper which you can lose? The fob for the gym itself is massive with sharp edges, also not something you want to carry around. The gym is divided about 33 / 66 treadmills / weights + machines, why? The dumbell / bench area is super crowded with no space yet there's acres of treadmills that nobody really u... read more

Ok gym. It was a coworker who told me parking is included as well, you need to get your ticket scanned by a staff member. At times it feels like there is no air but that could be a feature "low oxygen training" for higher performing athletes. I still haven't found the free protein shakes in the locker room one guy was talking about!
Very specious and equipment are well maintained. Working out here is a great experience.
