Ok gym. It was a coworker who told me parking is included as well get your ticket scanned
Ok gym. It was a coworker who told me parking is included as well, you need to get your ticket scanned by a staff member. At times it feels like there is no air but that could be a feature "low oxygen training" for higher performing athletes. I still haven't found the free protein shakes in the locker room one guy was talking about!
Very specious and equipment are well maintained. Working out here is a great experience.
A big thanks to World Gym Sudbury, specifically the General Manager Kathy. I had an ongoing (about 1.5yrs) issue going on with the Barrie World Gym and their manager. They ignored all al my calls/messages and emails once I moved away and after exhausting every option I ended up getting connected with the GM Kathy from the Sudbury location by mistake.
