New staff has been awful I can't believe how they don't have good lights and Mike was terrible

I have attempted to cancel my membership 3 times now with no luck as i moved out of the area. On all attempts they confirmed it was done. Now in speaking with them they tell me they had a management change and I must come in too cancel. This attempt to cancel has been going on since last August but yet the money keeps coming out of the account every week.
