Great gym! Staff super helpful and friendly. I feel right at home in this gym. This gym is ok for a serious body builder, dumbbells well over 100, I believe all the way past 150. Still not full of big intimidating men though. The cardio room has some great newer equipment, 4 big televisions with a variety on generally, and captions on so I can read what's on the tv while I rock out. Plenty of kettlebells, and stability equipment. Also (a big deal to me) plenty of specific abdominal equipment. All in all, a great gym.
I have been doing zumba for just about 10 years and a good chunk of those years have been with my Nic! She is an amazing Z instructor and a great person! If u havent done a zumba class with Nichole then u are missing out!
Love it great place , awesome fitness classes, awesome equipment ,friendly staff. ����
