SCAAAAAAAAAAM!!!!!!!!
It has been 3 months since my procedure at the World Frozen Shoulder Clinic in Toronto. Prior to the procedure, I was not able to move my arm enough to wash my hair, put on a seatbelt in the car, close the car door, reach for the top shelf in the kitchen, put my hair up myself, amongst other things.
