It has been 3 months since my procedure at the World Frozen Shoulder Clinic in Toronto. Prior to the procedure, I was not able to move my arm enough to wash my hair, put on a seatbelt in the car, close the car door, reach for the top shelf in the kitchen, put my hair up myself, amongst other things. In 2017 my left shoulder developed adhesive capsulitis (Frozen Shoulder). I went to the World Frozen Shoulder Clinic to help relieve me from the excruciating pain that is Frozen Shoulder.
