Not a service center I recommend. I swing by to set up an appointment to drop my vehicle off and was told “there’s no appointments, you just leave the vehicle with them and they should get to it within a day or two”. I drop my vehicle off that same day and hear nothing from the service tech until I called 4 days later for an update. Obviously, communication was terrible and for me to get someone to talk to accounted for 2 separate phones calls being put on hold for 35mins, then a third phone to be hold the manager will call ... read more

I'm from PA and was stranded in Gulf Islands Nat'l Seashore. I called expressed my dire situation and that I desperately needed a minor Ford truck repair. Thankfully,I received an appointment for the next day. To my shock, later that same day, I received a text that even though they would have my truck; they would not be able to diagnose my truck for a few days. How's that for customer service and compassion!!

Service department (with the exception of valet service) is absolutely horrid. Communications are terrible-I received updates for someone else’s vehicle and couldn’t get a response on issues with my car. If you need warranty work done, I’d recommend the Lincoln dealership as a great alternative. If it’s not warranty work, take your vehicle anywhere else. Also-it was NOT a no charge tire rotation as they responded. I pre-paid paid for years of maintenance when I bought the car.
