Service department (with the exception of valet service) is absolutely horrid. Communications are terrible-I received updates for someone else’s vehicle and couldn’t get a response on issues with my car. If you need warranty work done, I’d recommend the Lincoln dealership as a great alternative. If it’s not warranty work, take your vehicle anywhere else. Also-it was NOT a no charge tire rotation as they responded. I pre-paid paid for years of maintenance when I bought the car.

First of all they had my husband's truck for almost a week. It seems everything got diagnosed except what we brought it in for. After that week we just decided we were going to bring it somewhere else because of the ridiculous price. They didn't even know where our vehicle was we had to drive the parking lot in the pouring rain to find it. We get there and I immediately noticed the hood was open full of water and a dead battery. $80 to change a light bulb is ridiculous

Awful process. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change, but, when I arrived, I was told that there were 6 walkins ahead of me and that my wait time was 2-3 hours. They don’t honor appointment times. It’s just first come first serve. Don’t waste your time here.

Compliments and Complaints Compliments: Brandon Roberts is still my #1 GO-TO for guidance at 1 Ford. Brian Fetterling has moved up to become my preferred Service Advisor. Christopher, Tristan, and Montana McDonald are the most recent 1 Ford employees in your Service Department that garnered my appreciation yesterday.
