I have been going here for years for personal loans . Last year 2024 and 2025 taxes I did here. 2024 taxes we ended up paying in which was wild bc we did not make enough to pay in . They did not call to ask me about any deductions. This year they told me it would be a certain price to file then ended up charging me an extra 150 . They claim it's not their fault and they refuse to give me the 150 that they owe me . It should never cost 350 to file taxes. I will be doing them myself from here on out .
