THIS IS MY 1 STAR REVIEW!!! We dealt with McKenzie today. She was infectiously perky while at the same time professional and by the book. Never once did a smile leave her face. She was very quick and knowledgeable and was able to roll with my humor without ever missing a step. I would most definitely come back again and again purely because of her.Ā
They no longer answer their phone. You wonāt be able to get ahold of anyone. - update: There appears to have been an issue with hours of operations listed. I got into contact with them today and they were great to work with.Ā
Iām one who believes in customer service. The management has recently changed and in my opinion is only concerned with the numbers. Not to help their customers. I had been coming to this place for 10 years. Never missed a payment and have Always paid my loan on in a couple of months max. Because the interest is high, why would you keep it for the duration of the loan payments. Anyways, The personalism of this business has completely failed. I will never borrow money here again.Ā
