If I could give zero stars I would. My experience started with Jamaka John, at first everything seemed to be going good. Until I had to correct her about using my current (latest) tax documents because even though I sent them directly to her, she still tried to use my 2024 tax documents. Everything (to my knowledge at the time) was believed to be correct at least until today. Today, I find out that my state return was rejected because even though she was corrected, SHE STILL USED THE SAME 2024 FORMS ON MY STATE RETURN. So no... read more

Jamaka Makes the process very smooth and walks you through everything. I really like this place! I was able to get a tax advance. The process was fast and easy. Got my money within 40 min same day. Highly recommend this place , you won’t be disappointed. The staff are very friendly and so helpful.
