As long as you stay in touch with them and you do not ignore them they work with you as much as they can they're very very polite very easy to talk to you I think all the ladies in there absolutely wonderful I give them all five Star Plus;). However when it came to the tax issue I was very disappointed I thought they were there to help me back like they're paying me on the back burner: (
