Not sure why people give this place a bad review. But world finance was there to help when i really needed them. Every whrre else had turned me down except World Finance. Nicely clean store and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Now me and my family are able to keep our power on and have a warm male. THAnk You world Finance
The staff are almost all rude. I called in to find out exactly how much the payment on my loan was. Even though the payment was not due for two more weeks, the person who answered the phone began hassling me about getting the payment on in to them. They care nothing about their customers. There are many small loan companies in this area who provide excellent service and customer care. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who may need to communicate with the office post initial loan agreement. Noone ever answers the phone and I'm now having trouble turning in a payment because they're mysteriously closed while they should still be open for business. They only accept cash. No credit card payments, no check by phone. If you're a busy person throughout the week then I wouldn't recommend it.
