Excellence service. Wonderful atmosphere. Recommend this place to anyone.Ā
The workers were real nice and polite for a while. My husband was late on payment. He called and told them he would be late the mgr. Had a #\$%\$ attitude and hung up on him. Thats not being professional. The pym. Was paid just like he said he would. The workers can get major attitude. Bad business on their part!!!!Ā
This company is very bad to deal with. They come to your home and kick and knock at your door after hours. If you are late by one date, they call all your relative, work and began to harress you. Dont do business with them. They suck!!Ā
I arranged a promise to pay date with the manager. Was advised to include a late fee payment on my postdated check. I dropped of the check dated 1/20/12 on January 16. They also had it notated on my account a "promise to pay" on 1/20/12. However, they still deposited the check on 1/16/12. I was charged by my bank. I contacted World Finance and they told me that although they made an error, they cannot do anything about it because it was a post dated check. I applied for a loan at this location and although I did not take one out(I was approved but later did not need the funds), the staff was friendly and very helpful. I was surprised to find such good customer service at such a small business. I would not hesitate to return if the need for a loan ever presented itself again. Good Job ,ladies!Ā

Cant stand these people. I so cant wait to pay off my loan with them. You tell them you cannot make a payment til the following week and dont call youre job oh but what do they do they steadily keep calling and calling and calling. They just piss me the f*#* off. Have a nice day!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaIf youre ever in a crisis please think twice before coming here!!!!Ā
This establishment is amazing. The poeple there are very well dressed and are amazing to see monthly. I could not ask for better customer service. And I saw the review about the ladies being whores and that is obsurd. You do not know these ladies at all. You need to know someone before you go write things about people. Thank you ladies. you are well respected.Ā
