Never had a poor experience. These folks are great. Went in to look for a new seat for my wife's Cannondale. The fellow spent a copius amount of time with her fitting a new seat and determined a new handle bar stem would solve a lot of her comfort issues. Well over an hour for a $72 sale. Service beyond belief.
Great staff, very knowledgeable about skiing and biking gear. Their ski and bike swap are great to help to keep up with growing kids.
I have been to World Cup several times over the past few years with my husband who is a skier. I finally learned to ski this winter and he wouldn't want me to shop for equipment anywhere else due to his positive experiences with the shop over the years. I just purchased skis and boots from Jason yesterday. His knowledge of the equipment was great and he really took the time to explain everything to me during the entire process. What a great shop! The owner helped me out in a pinch and has gained a customer for life! All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Even their yellow lab is cool!
