By far, the worst customer experience, I have EVER had. Long story short:I needed a ticket on short notice. I spoke to a woman who told me they would only need credit card information for payment. When my father called to give her the information within their normal business hourse, he was told she had already left for the day, When I called to try and secure the price, the owner was extremely rude. Like the previous reviewer I also needed a ticket on very short notice because of a family emergency. Unlike the previous one I had an excellent experience with them. I have used them in the past and have always had nothing but great, professional service. The owner was very prompt in getting the ticket setup and was able to do everything over the phone. I was extremely happy with the entire process and really appreciate all the help that was given and the options to be able to fit my needs. Thanks!
