The Management Representative, Christopher Lopez. Broker and Sandy Barber handles the Mesa office and have cheated people out of there security deposit when they have done everything that was required of them. Look at the horrible reviews thay have. When its time for you to do the walk through she said she's not available to come on the last day when she suppose to be available that is a set up so they can make up stuff to add to take off your deposit. I spend the last few years renting with world class property management before buying my first house. This management company is amazing, they really care about their tenants. Always were on top of maintenance requests, always responded back to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would honestly rate them a 10/10.
I have been living in a World Class Property for five years next month. I have had nothing but a positive experience. I have never met the owner because when she came with Sandy Baber, the property manager I was out of the state. I have always received prompt and good service from Sandy and those that come to make repairs. We have had a few issues but this house is over 20 years old and to be honest the builders did not build the best, sound homes. However, Sandy and the owner have never let me down. I have been working with Sandy Baber at World Class Properties since 2021, both to purchase homes and to handle the management of the properties. She is an amazing buyer's agent and as a new investor, she guided me through the process and worked tirelessly with the seller's agents to close these deals. She has been very effective in managing my properties, addressing issues as they arise, and reaching out when needed.
