Super unknowledgeable about the unit, and overall vibe was weird LOL.
This is a great company. 5 star service. Helping landlords manage the difficult process of owning rental properties. They tell the truth even when it’s not a comfortable and positive conversation about a property or situation they are dealing with. They also do this by finding great qualified tenants that pay on time and don’t trash the properties. They care about all the owners I referred them over the last decade. Going on 3 years renting with them. They are super responsive and helpful. Anything that has come up has been handled that day or the next depending on my availability. It’s been one the top experiences I have had with a rental/property company
The broker Chris has no idea what he’s doing and acted like a child towards me. Please do not rent through him. He doesn’t clarify important details about properties and does not have your best interest in mind. I would call a million times during their office hours and no one would answer. It didn’t matter what extension I pressed.
First of all I wanted to thank Chris. From when I moved in until I moved out he was always there for me. Anything I ever needed he was alway prompt. If I ever left a message he always returned my call. Thanks again!
