I spend the last few years renting with world class property management before buying my first house. This management company is amazing, they really care about their tenants. Always were on top of maintenance requests, always responded back to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I would honestly rate them a 10/10.
I have been living in a World Class Property for five years next month. I have had nothing but a positive experience. I have never met the owner because when she came with Sandy Baber, the property manager I was out of the state. I have always received prompt and good service from Sandy and those that come to make repairs. She is an amazing buyer's agent and as a new investor, she guided me through the process and worked tirelessly with the seller's agents to close these deals. This is a great company. 5 star service. Helping landlords manage the difficult process of owning rental properties. They tell the truth even when it’s not a comfortable and positive conversation about a property or situation they are dealing with. They also do this by finding great qualified tenants that pay on time and don’t trash the properties. They care about all the owners I referred them over the last decade.
