Can we give zero stars please? HOA Nazis taking pictures of items in people's yards (lawn mowers) and calling them "unsightly violations." So people can't even use their lawnmower, go inside for a glass of water, and leave their lawnmower out without getting a violation if they happen to do a "drive through." I'm sure the neighborhood is SO offended by this lawnmower.
I have had the absolute worst experience with this HOA company. From the very beginning, it has been one issue after another. They are now trying to take property from my backyard that they claim is common area, despite allowing a fence to remain in the same location for well over 10 years. Apparently it wasn’t a problem all those years, but now that the HOA stands to make money from it, they suddenly want the property back. I am extremely disappointed with this HOA association and the way it operates. Communication is poor, concerns from homeowners are ignored, and enforcement of rules feels inconsistent and selective. Instead of working with residents to improve the community, the HOA seems more focused on collecting fees and sending violation notices. Maintenance and upkeep of common areas do not reflect the amount homeowners are paying in dues, and getting answers from management is frustrating and time-consuming. Julie had us drive 30 minutes out of our way to just not show up for the SCHEDULED SHOWING. After she talked about how so many people just don't show up. Classy
