Hands down the most incompetent property management I have ever seen in over 20 years of property management. They are more concerned with trash cans, then dealing with the selling of drugs, numerous counts illegal activity, and broken down vehicles. I have over 300 photos that I have gathered in the last 3 months, way to many to post online. Yet they are bleeding the HOA dry according to the yearly financials they send out, this year the HOA is once again in the negative. Don't rent or hire this company.
I’ve been renting from this property management 4 years now and they have been the greatest especially during Covid they were patient and understanding I would highly recommend if you have to rent a home see what they have and if they can provide a suitable home for you then do it. You won’t regret it side note I haven’t always been the easiest tenant and still they have always treated me well.
If i can Give 0 i would. Went to try to buy a manufactured home on there property out in Caldwell. The people managing this place is the most disrespectful unprofessional people i came across vulgar language used in a supposedly board meeting DONT RENT PROPERTY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Southern pleasant trailer park i believe its called.
