world class heating & cooling is terrific. Couldn't ask for nice staff.
So SORRY I used this company. They installed a new unit in July. Hasnt been on in a few weeks. Turned on a/c today and it wouldnt work. Called company and they said it would be $89 for a service call. On a NEW unit. Total scammers. Wish I had read all the reviews before I got sucked in with them. Red light wont go off. Safety issue? Calling a different company.
World Class Con Artists. Should not use this company for any service. Since.January, they have convinced my 95 year old mother to repair an HVAC unit; in March to replace the repaired unit, and July on the day of hurricane Elsa they went to her condo and sold her /overcharged her for two surge protectors. Tactics: speak politely, find older customers, confuse them with technical "necessities"; offer extended service contracts to get back in the house; give discounts on overpriced services and equipment .
