Jeff is a true professional. He did such an amazing job for us. We initially called him to sand and finish a newly installed floor in the kitchen(he does install flooring which I would recommend). We had had another company refinish the living room floor the prior year and I was very unhappy with the way it came out. When Jeff was here he looked at it and knew what had been done wrong and we contracted him to do that floor as well. It was ebony and Jeff did an amazing job! So happy with all his work. Very dissatisfied, disappointed, and unprofessional. Jeff from World Class Floors appeared to be very knowledgeable and courteous upon first meeting him and hiring him to sand and refinish the upstairs of our home. He was not the cheapest bid, but we chose him because of what he portrayed as his core family values. His schedule to perform the work was a little haphazard and not accurate but we accepted it for what it was. We were told the job would take 2 days to complete, it took 6 and then we could not walk on it for 5 day... read more
