As a renter, world class group is AWFUL! All the reviews are from family so don't trust them. From my experience, the landlord takes forever to do anything. When I moved in, he tried scamming me to pay for the utilities in the illegal apartment below me. Don't expect anything to ever get done without complaining for months at a time. Shahrir Chowdury is a terrible landlord that can't be trusted. He has his family and employees give him 5 star reviews.
