Beware of these people they rob your money I had rented from Bobby and he sold the house to Sharrif one of his partners and its sad to say they did a lot of illegal things in the apartment. I was on a first floor and they had basement light connected to mine and I would complain and nothing would be done, house was infested with roaches from people upstairs and I complained plenty of times and nothing would be done. As a renter, world class group is AWFUL! All the reviews are from family so don't trust them. From my experience, the landlord takes forever to do anything. When I moved in, he tried scamming me to pay for the utilities in the illegal apartment below me. Don't expect anything to ever get done without complaining for months at a time. Shahrir Chowdury is a terrible landlord that can't be trusted. He has his family and employees give him 5 star reviews.
