World Class Granite was truly World Class!!! From start to finish, Ram, Jansel and the team treated me fairly, were responsive to my needs, and helped me find the perfect countertops for my space. They were professional at all times and worked at every step to deliver a beautiful product with speed, precision and efficiency. Great job on every level!
I am having a horrible experience with these people. They are one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. They stole my personal property and refuse to return it, I will be filing a police report and filing a complaint with the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. I will also be uploading my audio recordings of them screaming at me on the phone.
This is a live review, I’ll be updating it if there’s more information. These people are very aggressive, and they have no problem being extremely disrespectful and screaming at their clients. I’m not going into all the details, but I will if they make it necessary. Suffice it to say that they took a brand new expensive sink from our property then quit and refused to return the sink.
