I booked an appointment and she texted me, 15 minutes before the time of the appointment and when I was driving, that she had "an emergency with her daughter", but now that I read the other review, I think that it is just a scam. The worst part is that Groupon doesn't want to give me my money back because this service has been "used". How????
I booked an appointment on Groupon paid and everything. I got there waited for over 30 minutes called several time with no answer and then someone walked up to tell me that the person I’m looking for hasn’t been to work all day. But my voucher was redeemed. That’s stealing, it’s unprofessional and just plain irresponsible.
