I can't say enough good things about World Class Automotive! When the water pump went out on my 2015 Ford Explorer, they handled everything seamlessly—from arranging the tow to giving me a ride home. The entire process was stress-free, and they completed the repair for half the price I was quoted elsewhere. Their professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service truly set them apart. I went to this shop for a brake pad replacement, engine oil change, brake fluid change, and mirror replacement. While the pricing was reasonable, I was very disappointed with the quality of service. Firstly, they used 5W-30 oil instead of the recommended 5W-20, even though it’s clearly labeled on the engine. Holy smokes they were so so so fabulous. I have a vw bug and the parts are no longer made. Sergio and his team figured out how to get me back in my buggy after overheating, an oil leak and locking up on me. All done for under 900. Im beyond ecstatic. Thank u so much!!
