I had an appointment to have repairs done to my pickup. I called the day before to confirm my appointment on their answering machine. THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY CALLED ME THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT IN WHEN I DROPPED MY PICKUP OFF THIS MORNING. Cell phones don't lie. World Class Auto DID NOT CALL ME TO ADVISE ME. NOT TO DROP MY PICKUP OFF. I have a record of all my calls to this shop. World Class Auto WILL NOT RETURN CALLS. Communications are very important.
Nice people. They were able to fix my car for $1300 less than the estimate from the first repair shop!
