Reynaldo Zamora was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. He was patient, kept me updated, and went above and beyond dealing with the extended warranty company. He also knew my circumstances and made sure I had a loaner vehicle while everything was being handled, which I truly appreciated. Great guy, great customer service, and an excellent employee. The dealership is lucky to have him!

I brought my car in for a service (appointment was at 9:30am). Received an invoice for a service around 10:50, to which I approved a few minutes later. At 12:50, received another email saying the invoice was wrong and they hadn’t started on my car yet. By this time, I was just ready to get my car back. When I got to the shop, the paperwork wasn’t ready. And the girl at the cashiers counter was rude.
This service department miss diagnosed 2 issues with my car. The first time was with hot air blowing from my ac. The other was the crash sensor light malfuntion and the engine light coming on. The service rep said i was out of freon, completely. I asked why , there must be a leak. He replied no it happens. As with the engine light he said I needed a service to check for a leak in the hoses.But then he said no now its working fine something needed to be reset.One week later hot air again.
