Tim was my service advisor. He provided a multipoint inspection video that I can access which is very helpful. Tim explained things well & I didn't feel pushed into extra unnecessary services. The dealership offers coffee & there's a television to keep you occupied while you're in the spacious waiting area. Although I was in & out quickly so I only took advantage of the coffee. Thank you World Car Mazda.
