Our experience with World Car Mazda started off great — the buying process was smooth, and every person we’ve worked with has been friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our recent service experience was very disappointing. When we picked up our vehicle, there was visible dirt inside — not just dust, but chunks of dirt that looked like mulch. The outside of the car also had a rough film or residue stuck to the paint, and we’re hoping it comes off with a good wash. I am very pleased with this dealership for many reasons. Found my vehicle, not pushy people, addressed all my concerns, and made it happen. Connor was professional and very knowledgeable and addressed my concerns/questions. Never once felt he was rushing me, AND that’s the reason I decided on this place. So after several weeks of deciding he still stayed in touch, until I was ready. Finally sealed the deal, and very happy with my purchase.
