I had an excellent experience at Kia's service department! I brought my vehicle in to have the recall repairs completed, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The staff kept me informed throughout the visit and made sure all of my questions were answered. Bobby is so awesome and I would highly recommend him. I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle oil change and inspected for recalls. They immediately inspected the vehicle and changed my oil. It didn’t take long and I was on my way. I want to recognize service department for outstanding service and being very courteous.

We weren't bombarded by sales members when we got there, we were able to casually look at the vehicles on "show'. Our sales member Taylor Fuller was great, he listened to what my wife and I were interested in. He didn't try and push us into something else or a higher price point.
