Superb customer service and extremely fast despite us being a walk-in. AMAZING service and I HIGHLY recommend this location. I had called a different WCK location before going to WCKNorth and the communication from them was what made me decide on WCKNorth. I definitely am very pleased that I went there! Tommy is the best. My family have gotten 3 cars from Kia and Tommy has always been helpful. He makes us feel like family. Tommy is honest, cut the chase yet very helpful. He makes the whole buying experience less stressful. We told him what we wanted and he delivered, have yet to be disappointed. I'm definitely seeing him in the next few months. Highly recommended!
I brought my car in yesterday to fix the USB port, only to find out that it's not meant for charging but for music! The service women were fast, friendly, offered popcorn, snacks and drinks! I didn't have an appointment, but was in and out in no time! They did the once over, let me know of a few minor things that need doing and I was on my way! Very nice!
We bought four cars from this dealership. After a car accident, they offered to "oversee" the work. After two months, we still did not have our car, and the service manager treated us like criminals. Never again!
